Vijay Technnocrats Private Limited, one of the proud members of Shanthala Group of Industries was established in the year 1999 by a team of well qualified, experienced Metallurgists and Mechanical Engineers to manufacture Iron castings and components. Vijay Technnocrats draw on the expertise of skilled craftsmen, a highly trained staff, in-house pattern shop, laboratory to meet NABL standards, Heat Treatment & Painting facility, cutting edge computer technologies and state-of-the-art machine shop to exceed the expectations of our esteemed customers.
We manufacture wear resistant (High Chrome-moly), Grey Iron, Ductile iron (S.G. Iron), Ni Resist Castings. We also do machining of castings of all grades to National & International Standards for Pumps, Valves, Railways, Actuators, Separators, Gearbox, Engines, Machine Tools, Material Handling Equipment's, Compressors, Transmissions, Windmill & Food Processing units. We have developed more than 4000+ products and serving more than 100 customers globally since inception.
Vijay Technnocrats Pvt limited is known in the market for production of metallurgically critical and high performance oriented castings & components of iron. This gave a very good scope to enhance the production capacity from 2000 to 8000 tons/annum.
Year on year our esteemed customers are giving new requirements to increase supplies. Customers are offering many developments which are quite challenging in nature. Management has decided to enhance production capacity ahead of demand to 12000 tons/annum by 2025-26 and build new facility with a focus to Increase in sales of Export and Machined Castings, Sub Assemblies by ensuring quality, conserving the resources and reducing human fatigue. VTPL is always open for new learning’s & adaption of latest Technology and Processes.
We have established world class manufacturing facility by way of LEAN Activity & 6S. Company has embraced all system standards to meet ISO, EHS, PED & AD 2000-Merkblatt W0. In view of Green energy initiation we have already installed solar power plants in both foundry and machine shop.
